| 本文基于交易成本的理论，分析了提供空间数据公共服务的交易成本，提出了在应急空间数据共享上要建立公共服务体系。在此基础上，分析了图书情报机构在提供公共信息服务上的优势，认为图书情报机构应该积极拓展信息服务的范围，成为空间数据资源的交换中心，提供空间数据服务。 |
