| 本文以校内网为研究对象，使用定性介入的研究方法对网络交友社区这一新兴的虚拟社会进行初步研究，得到了不同于使用社会网络分析方法的结论。观察法研究结果表明，校内网的交流结构较为扁平，因而使用纯粹的定性研究方法会在选取样本和确定核心研究问题上遇到困难。访谈法的研究结果则显示虚拟社会的信息交流受到现实社会人际关系的影响，目前的校内网信息交流并不充分，远没有达到网络用户对Web2.0社区的期盼。网络交友社区的衍生问题是隐私问题，较低层次的隐私问题可以通过技术手段解决，较深层次的隐私问题目前主要靠行业协会的自律与监督实现。最后，对校内网新近推出的应用程序中进行个案研究，发现“好友买卖”程序中“身价”作为Web2.0中人际关系网络结点重要程度的度量指标，不仅说明了校内网中社会结构的客观存在，同时也为指标选取提供可借鉴的方法。 |

| The paper uses qualitative field method to make an exploratory study on the Web social community, which is a new virtual society, and which takes Xiaonei.com as an example. Observation results show that the structure of Xiaonei.com is flat and the pure qualitative methods encounter difficulties in the sampling and focusing core research problems. Interview results show that the information communication on the virtual society is influenced by the interpersonal relationships; the information communication is not adequate on Xiaonei.com and still has a long distance to achieve the Web users’ expectations on the Web2.0 communities. The derived problem of the Web community is privacy. The lower class privacy problems can be solved by technical methods; but the higher class ones rely solely on the ISP’s self-discipline and monitor of guild. Finally, the case study of applications in Xiaonei.com shows that in the “Purchasing Friends” game, price is an important index to scale the degree of importance of a given node in Web2.0 SNS. Not only was it shown that the social structure does exist in Xiaonei.com, but also provides another way to look for the index to capture the nodes in SNS. |
