| 国家科技图书文献中心是适应国家科技创新和社会发展的需要，面向全社会提供科技信息服务的机构。在国家中长期发展战略及十一五计划的政策指导下，NSTL将进一步发挥在国家战略保障体系中的中坚作用，面向广大科研机构，社会团体，企业和科研工作者提供全方位的信息服务。文章通过描述NSTL服务模式的变迁，集中反映新时期下NSTL的战略定位和服务策略。最后，简述了未来NSTL服务的发展方向。 |

| The National Science and Technology Library (NSTL) is the institute to provide STM information service to the public, in order to meet the needs of S&T innovation and social development in China. Under the guideline of the National Medium and Long Term S&T Development Plan and the 11th Five Year Plan, NSTL will play an important role in the national strategic support system of S&T information. It will provide the enhanced information service at a full range of levels to the users from all the industries, including academic institutes, research institutes, R&D organizations and industrial enterprises. The paper explains the changes in its service model and platform. |
