| Reference service is one of the core elements in IC service system. This article summarizes the new features of reference Services in information commons. It expatiates its service mechanism from the set of service desks, the way of services, service modes, service staffs and so on. Then it compares and analyzes the reference services in the two information commons cases, At last, it provides suggestions for reference services in information commons in our country. |
