| Organization and management are guarantee for the human resource and polices. Based on cases abroad, it is discussed about the organization and management during planning and operation. Various organization structures and management polices are adopted for individuals, but every model has its advantage and deficiency. It is important to make choices according to the current service system, facility, resource and staff for library to construct an information commons. |
