| 随着知识经济的到来，知识管理成为科学界研究的重点问题之一。知识管理行为作为知识管理的重要组成部分，也得到了广泛的关注。本文分析了自1998年以来我国知识管理行为的研究情况，归纳了我国知识管理行为领域的主要研究内容，总结了我国在知识管理行为研究领域的特点及存在的问题，并提出了优化改进的对策建议。 |

| With the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, knowledge management has become one of the important scientific problems. Knowledge Management Behavior, as an important part of knowledge management, has also been widespread concerned. This paper analysis the research of knowledge management behavior in our country, since 1998.Then this article concludes the main research of this field, sums up the characteristics and problems. On this basis, the writer gives some suggestions to improve this situation. |
