| Jangle is an open specification to apply the Atom Publishing Protocol to library services and resources. On the basis of “Draft 1.0 Specification version 1”, this paper introduces related knowledge, Jangle data model and URI structure, and presents a deep analysis of Jangle core, connector and important document formats. Finally this paper points out Jangle’s redeeming features is it should be as generic as possible. This design idea is a good reference for building a digital library system. |
