| 网络作为人类的第二精神活动空间，是人与信息交流的生态空间，这就要求人类与网络保持一种整体意义上的、结构性的动态平衡。为了保持这种平衡，除了技术和法律等因素外，网络生态伦理也是维系网络信息自律机制的必要条件。网络生态伦理作为网络伦理最重要的外部表现，是分布于网络上各个层次、各个业务单元、各个员工中伦理能力要素的有效整合。本文从信息伦理的四维架构着手，并充分展现其间的内部联系，从而构筑了网络生态伦理指标体系，同时运用动态模糊综合评价法、C语言程序设计等方法对评价过程予以定量分析和研究。 |

| Network, the second human living space, is the ecology between human and information, which calls for the network to maintain a holistic sense, structural dynamic. So as to maintain the balance, in addition to technical and legal, the internet ecological ethics is also essential. Internet ecological ethics as the most important external ethical performance is distributed on the website of all levels, all business units, all employees in ethical elements of the ability to effectively integrate. This paper discusses from the four-dimensional framework and fully demonstrated the same period of internal linkages, and then build a website ecological ethics index system, we display the evaluation process using dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the C programming language. |
