| The development of digital technology causes conflict of copyright interest of digital library and breaks the old balancing mechanism of copyright interest of traditional library. The balancing mechanism is confronted with reconstruction from simulating space to digital space. Perfecting statute, innovating system and actualizing copyright moderate protection are important methods of constructing new balancing mechanism of copyright interest of digital library. |
