| 本文基于CSSCI收录的经济学领域的活跃学者在1998至2007年的引文数据，通过计算每位学者的H 指数，来评价我国经济学领域学者的个人绩效，同时还考察了H指数与传统文献计量学指标之间的关系并进行比较分析，并且探讨了H指数的改进形式G指数，指出在现阶段评价学者个人绩效时H指数和G指数的适用性。 |

| Based on the citation data indexed in CSSCI from 1998 to 2007 of active scholars on economics, this article evaluates the individual performance of Chinese economics scholars by calculating the H-index of the scholars, analyzes comparatively the relationship between H-index and traditional index of bibliometrics, probes into H-index and G-index, and indicates the applicability of H-index and G-index in evaluating scholars individual performance at this stage. |
