| 2007年3月，中国科学技术信息研究所和万方数据共同申请成为国际DOI联盟IDF的中文注册机构，并开发了中文DOI系统。为基于中文DOI系统，提高中文期刊的可见度、实现中文期刊间及中文与外文期刊系统之间的链接、实现数字内容的权益保护，在整体战略性规划之下，通过与国内外的相关机构进行合作，实施了相关的应用研发，并取得了初步成效。本文首先介绍中文DOI整体应用战略规划；其次，介绍开发的项目和国际合作，它们是中文DOI系统、与美国CNRI Handle System的国际合作、精品科技期刊项目、新闻出版总署的“数字对象标识符”标准体系的预研研究、以及中国版权保护中心的基于DOI的版权保护研究；最后给出目前的课题和今后的展望。 |

| On March 2007, ISTIC & Wanfang Data launched a Chinese DOI Registration Agency, and started administration. To spread and promote Chinese DOI, ISTIC & Wanfang Data have done more R&D of a platform called Chinese DOI Registration Center, and based on the platform have carried out some relevant research projects with domestic and international cooperation. In this article, firstly, introduces the strategy general view of the projects related to Chinese DOI that ISTIC & Wanfang Data is taking the lead. Secondly, introduces some national projects and standardization activities related to Chinese DOI. They are the R&D of Chinese DOI system, an international collaboration with American CNRI Handle System, the Key STM Journal Project of Ministry of Scientific and Technology of the PRC, the preliminary study of the "digital object identifier" standard system of General Administration of Press and Publication of the PRC, copyright protection studies of Copyright Protection Center of China based on DOI. Lastly, summarizes problems and the prospects.
