| 学术期刊已进入数字化、网络化的时代。本文通过分析国外典型期刊出版商的出版流程，并结合高等教育出版社在期刊出版数字化流程的探索和实践，总结了实践过程中取得的成绩和存在的问题，提出需要从改进学术期刊出版流程的角度来加快我国期刊数字化进程。 |

| Academic journal has moved into a new age of digital and network publishing. Based on the studying the publishing process of Springer company, this thesis introduces the research and practice of journal digital publishing process in Higher Education Press. Then, the thesis sums up achievements obtained, difficulties encountered and problems remained. This thesis also brings forward the author's opinion that improving publishing process academic journal is a way to accelerate journal digital publishing in China. |
