| 随着互联网视听服务获得蓬勃发展，影响力日益扩大，各种不良内容也借互联网的开放平台趁虚而入，因此，对互联网视听节目内容进行有效管理势在必行。结合互联网的特性及境外管理经验，发挥行业自律显得尤为重要。《中国互联网视听节目自律准则》应运而生。《中国互联网视听节目自律准则》依据我国法律及一般社会公共道德制定，回答了“该依据什么规范内容，管理内容传播”的问题，对该准则的认可和遵循将有助于网站有效降低内容传播过程中可能存在的法律风险，并有助于提升视听节目品味。 |

| With the development of internet audio-visual programs, something unhealthy are sure to follow on. So we must supervise the contents of audio-visual programs in effect. In view of the internet characteristics and the experiences overseas, it’s very important to be self-disciplined. China internet audio-visual programs Self-discipline guide emerge as the times require. China internet audio-visual programs Self-discipline guide base our laws and public moralities, pointing out how to standardize contents and how to supervise the contents transmission. The following of it will be propitious to reduce the juristic risk of internet contents transmission, and improve the tastes of the audio-visual programs. |
