| 中国科学技术信息研究所作为"第二届中日韩科技信息机构联合会议"的承办方,以中日韩三机构共同关心的信息技术研发项目为中心,参与本届会议的交流与讨论,分享中方的研究成果与进展,在寻求深化现有合作项目的同时,期望进一步拓宽合作领域.文章介绍本届会议的主要议题;重点介绍ISTIC信息技术相关项目的研发进展,它们是:基于海量文献信息自动处理及智能检索的NSTL网络服务系统、汉语科技词系统升级完善与应用规划,以及面向亚洲科技门户的中国科技精品期刊元数据交换;中日双方国际合作的基本框架;最后对下一届会议作出中方的规划. |

| As the organizer of "the Second China-Japan-Korea Joint Seminar for Science and Technology Information Agency", ISTIC focuses on those research and development projects that the three agencies concemed with, and participates in the exchange and discussion to share China's research results and progress, in seeking to deepen existing cooperation projects at the same time, looks forward to further expanded areas of cooperation. This article describes the main agendas of the joint seminar;focuses ISTIC information technology research and development related projects progress, which are: NSTL, Chinese Science &Technology Vocabulary System and metadata exchange of the STM Key Journals toward Asia Science and Technology Portal; finally, gives China's plan of the next joint seminar. |
