| ISTIC, JST, and KISTI three national institutions have established a mechanism for the annual exchanges and technical cooperation from March 2010.NSTL is the main agenda for the exchanges. Therefore, this article briefly describes new progress in building the system after the first exchange in March 2010, and introduces the next step plans of the system building. |
