| As the human society goes into the digital times, the service environment of public libraries has changed profoundly. For coping with this king of challenge,this paper, illustrated by the case of remote service system of Baoshan district Library, represents the service principle centered on the users, pushing the popularity and sharing of the knowledge and information through the model of combination of knowledge platform and information technology. |
