| The concept of ICSTI 2011 is"Upgrading Information to Knowledge". In the plenary session, 7 domestic and overseas celebrities or experts were invited to make [he keynote speeches. This article briefly summarizes the overall of the plenary session, focuses on the themes of the 7 speeches, briefly introduces the opening ceremony and closing ccremony,and finally sums up. |
