| 科技信息资源是国家科技发展与科技创新的重要支撑和基础保障条件,在其共享各环节间形成了较复杂的价值关系.文章在分析了科技信息资源共享中的价值主体和客体的构成和特征的基础上,对价值主体之间(包括信息的提供者与提供者、提供者与使用者、使用者与使用者)以及价值主体与客体之间的关系进行了剖析,并提出了协调科技信息资源共享中价值关系的建议. |

| Scientific and technical information resources (STIR) are important support and basic security for development and innovation of national science and technology. Complex value relationships are formed during various processes of STIR sharing. This study investigated the relationships between the value subjects (including the providers and users of value), and the relationships between value subject and value object based on the analysis of the features and compositions of value subject and object in STIR sharing. Furthermore, suggestions on coordinating the value relationships during STIR sharing were presented. |
