| Based on the understanding and reading of Dongguan Library, especially the innovative practices by the library in promoting the universal and equal public services in the past few years, as well as the personal recognition for public libraries, this paper proposes that public libraries are the social engine, and public service system should be developed, IT should play"pull" role, research and planning should be improved, and capabilities should be upgraded continuously. |
