| 专利数字图书馆是世界主要知识产权强局(特别是美国、欧洲、日本)开展专利信息公共服务的主要途径,具有网络化覆盖、数字化资源和多样化服务的特点.我国专利数字图书馆建设虽然起步稍晚,但其雏形已经基本形成,后发优势明显.文章在分析美国、欧洲、日本专利数字图书馆建设的基础上,结合我国实际,从服务内容、服务方式、服务手段以及资源建设等方面提出了针对我国专利数字图书馆建设的几点思考和建议. |

| Patent digital library is the main pattern of patent information public service in leading intellectual offices in the World. This paper puts forward several proposals on patent digital library in our country on the basis of analysis of patent digital library in USPTO, EPO and JPO, combined with actual situation in our country. |
