| This paper mainly analyzes the strategic demands for the guarantee and service on the engineering and technical literature in China. Considering the status quo, it puts forward some implementation measures for the guarantee and service on the engineering and technical literature in China, including strategic reserve mechanism, literature guarantee, service efficiency and sustainable development. |
