| 院士们在科技探索、工程建设和生产实践中撰写的大量学术著作、论文、科研记录代表着我国科学技术界的最高水平。因此，国家工程技术图书馆院士著作馆（简称“院士馆”）在保存和展示院士的学术资料和科研物品外，同时更大力弘扬院士科学精神，传播院士科学文化，在全社会营造尊重知识、崇尚科学、鼓励创新、求实务真的科学和文化氛围，具有重要的现实意义。文章从资源路线、技术体系和服务体系三个方面对院士馆的建设展开研究，阐述了院士馆全面建设的具体内容，同时，为院士馆未来发展提出更高的建设要求。 |

| Works, papers and research records of academicians, writ en in science and technology exploration, engineering construction or production practice could represent the highest research level of China. Academicians library not only keeps and presents academicians' academic papers and goods, but promotes the scientific spirit and raises the scientific environment of the community as wel . This paper discuss the construction of academician library from three dimensions, which states the al-sided construction in details. The paper also raises higher destination of academician library. |
