| 基于自建和定购的丰富的馆藏知识资源，面向科研人员、科研机构和科研管理机构等用户的需求，国家工程技术图书馆从知识资源规范着手，在对文献知识资源要素开展多角度知识分析和知识关联的基础上，抽取各类文献知识要素构建知识链接系统，构建了国家工程技术图书馆知识服务体系。文章主要从机构规范文档建设、知识分析角度和要素以及知识服务体系的框架和功能三个方面加以介绍。 |

| Based on self-constructed and ordered col ection of document and knowledge resources, the National Engineering and Technology Library (NETL) constructs a knowledge services system (KOS) to meet the need of researchers and research institutes. The KOS begins with knowledge resources standardization, multi-angle knowledge elements analyzing and linking, and consists of several sub-systems, such as Knowledge Linking, Scientific Research Analysis, and Institute Research Analysis. This paper mainly discusses authority files, knowledge analysis, and function of NETL KOS. |
