| By the use of visualized science knowledge mapping tools, this paper describes three stages on the science knowledge mapping of the document co-citation:the period of 1951-1980, the period of 1981-1998, and the period of 1999-2012, so that to display the evolution process of the library and information science research abroad. This library and information science research has experienced the evolution process from the library and information literature as the research key, to the information retrieval and information system as the research key, and to the current information technology and users as the research center. |
