| 通过调查9家国际权威出版机构的科技期刊集群化建设情况、刊群建设和发展过程，发现激发刊群生命力的原动力来自于出版机构传播与分享知识的使命以及面向市场、创造利润的诉求，而刊群的维护发展动力则来源于刊群内部不同利益主体的利益机制以及刊群对外部环境变化拥有的适应和应变能力。基于调查结果，对我国科技期刊集群化建设提出了具体的措施建议。 |

| The paper reports a survey on foreign STM journals group construction practices, and processes of 9international authoritativepublishers. It reveals that the motive powers that motivate the journals group are from the publishers’ mission of communication and sharing knowledge, as wel as the market-oriented profit-making appeal. Almost al surveyed publishers agree that the maintenance and development power is derived from different interests of the inside of journals group and changes of the external environment. Based on the result of the survey, the paper puts forward the specific suggestions for Chinese journals group construction. |
