| This paper makes an at empt to introduce micro videos into the virtual reference services for academic libraries, and discusses the significance of the construction of micro video base about reference knowledge based on problems solving, then it explains reference knowledge acquisition processes based on problems solving. Finally, the paper proposes the idea of how to classify and present the content of micro video base about reference knowledge. |
