| 选择我国大陆、港澳和台湾地区的61种图书情报类学术期刊为调研对象,分别对其开放存取出版情况、开放存取特征、检索和利用方式以及质量情况进行调查分析,认为我国图书情报类开放存取期刊的质量控制机制和评价指标体系较为完善,期刊质量有所保障.但整体上开放存取程度不高,各地区发展不均衡,主要表现为大陆及港澳地区开放存取期刊数量少、更新不及时,发布及获取方式单一,台湾地区的图书情报类期刊开放存取程度要明显优于大陆与港澳地区. |

| There're 61 kinds of Library&Information Science Academic Journals in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are selected as research objects. After investigating and analyzing their open access publishing situation, open access features, pat erns of retrieval and use, and quality case, the author thinks that the quality control mechanisms and evaluation system of library&information science open-access journals are perfect, and journal quality can be guaranteed. On the whole, the open-access level is low, each region develops unevenly:open-access journals are small in quantity, failing to update, the manner of delivery and obtaining is single in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao. The open-access level of library&information science academic journals in Taiwan is superior to Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao obviously. |
