| 调研并总结PMC、TMC、German Medical Science等15个全球知名医药类学科知识库的构建特征，从资源、支撑和功能层面分别阐述。从中得到一些启示，包括特有资源数字化、元数据质量控制、异构资源组织标引与检索、子系统建设、学科服务内容、科研数据管理、手机平台建设等方面，以期为国内医药类学科知识库构建提供参考。 |

| This paper investigates and summarizes the construction characteristics of 15 world famous medicine and pharmacy repositories such as PMC, TMC, German Medical Science and so on, respectively from the resource level, support level and functional level. The author sums up some suggestions from these discipline repositories research, such as unique resources digitization, metadata quality control, indexing and retrieval of heterogeneous resources organization, subsystem construction, content of subject service, scientific data management, mobile phone platform construction, etc., in order to provide reference for the construction of domestic discipline repositories. |
