| 互联网是24小时开放的著作权社会，互联网技术从根本上改变传统著作物的关联交易。本文从评估制度、授权制度、收费制度、契约制度以及实施机制层面对媒介融合时代版权交易制度进行解构分析，明确应探索基于两种以上验证法的版权评估制度；从版权登记制度、版权公示制度以及版权集体管理制度层面构建兼顾互联网传播效率与版权许可效率的科学授权制度；从非专有许可关系、合理制定收费标准、制定争端解决机制层面完善数字版权使用费收转制度；遵守私法自治与契约精神；完善数字版权交易制度的实施机制版权代理。 |

| The Internet is an open copyright society for 24 hours, and the Internet technology has changed the related transaction among the traditional copyrighted works thoroughly. The paper is devoted to a detailed deconstruction of the digital copyright trading institution from the aspects of assessment system, authorization system, charging system, contract system and the implementation mechanism, and clear that we should explore the copyright evaluation system based on more than two verification methods, construct the authorization system giving consideration to both spreading efficiency of the internet and permission efficiency of the copyright, improve the digital copyright charging system from the aspects of non-exclusive license relationship, charging standard and dispute set lement mechanism, observe the contract system and improve the implementation mechanism copyright agency. |
