| In this paper, the definition of video resource, types, and features are elaborated, several typical domestic digital video resource metadata and cataloging rules are introduced, also existing problems are pointed out and the solutions to these problems are provided. The author of this paper considers that metadata for digital video resource as wel as relevant cataloging rules are the basis for video resource database construction, and cataloging standardization is the only way to co-construct and sharea digital video resource database. |
