| 本文在医学领域嵌入式知识服务模式要素研究的基础上,进行基于循证医学的临床诊疗过程嵌入式知识服务模式构建探究.以循证医学为理论基础和框架,以临床路径理念为宗旨,以嵌入式知识服务相关技术和资源为依托,以预防、诊断、治疗及预后等临床问题为嵌入点,结合嵌入式知识服务模式的组成,将嵌入式馆员所提供的信息或知识嵌入临床诊疗过程的各嵌入点,并基于循证医学模式对各嵌入点进行分析,使临床诊疗过程更具普适性的同时提高临床诊疗的效能,为后续医学领域嵌入式知识服务相关研究及实践提供理论依据、方法及手段,促进医学领域嵌入式知识服务的进一步发展. |

| After the elements research of the embedded knowledge service in the field of medical,this paper aims to do a model building research of embedded knowledge service about the clinical diagnosis and treatment process based on evidence-based medicine in the field of medical.The paper regards the theory and the framework of evidence-based medicine as basement,the concept of clinical pathway as purpose,the relevant technologies and resources of embedded knowledge service as fulcrum,the clinical problems such as prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis as embedding points.The research combines with the model component of embedded knowledge service to make information or knowledge which was offered by the embedded librarian embedded in the embedding points of climcal diagnosis and treatment process,and analysis the embedding points based on the model of evidence-based medicine.This research can make this process more universal and improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.What's more,this paper can provide theories,methods and means for subsequent research of embedded knowledge service and promote the further development of embedded knowledge service in the medical field. |
