| 馆际互借是图书馆参考咨询服务的主要内容,其发展和改进有利于图书馆更好地进行资源共享.本文介绍美国州立图书馆的馆际互借服务,对美国州立图书馆馆际互借的服务规范、服务对象、借阅内容、请求方式、收费标准等基本内容进行举例和分析,比较美国州立图书馆对州内外的不同规则、特色服务和服务创新.由此得出美国州立图书馆馆际互借服务的特点,并对我国馆际互借服务在互借规则、发展平衡和服务改进与创新方面提出建议. |

| Interlibrary lending is an important content of library reference services. Libraries can share resources in a better way owing to this service. This paper introduces interlibrary loan service of State Libraries in the United States. In respects of policies, customers, objects, service contents, request methods, and the costs, it analyses the basic services and compares the external and internal rules, special services and service innovation of the State Libraries. By this way, it points the advantages and disadvantages of the service. Final y it makes recommendations on guidelines, development balancing and service innovation of interlibrary loan service in China. |
