| 数字文化共同体是数字文化事业可持续性发展的重要保障.本文提出数字文化共同体应具有汇聚数字文化精英团队、划定空间数字文化场域、形塑数字文化规则和形成心理认同倾向的功能.从凸显增量治理及转变协同创新关系角度出发,构建数字文化共同体的协同治理机制,并通过实现增量治理、建立沟通协商机制、强化效用制度等举措,开拓跨界协作共治的路径. |

| Digital cultural community is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of digital culture. In this paper, the author puts forward the construction of the digital cultural community, which should have the function of gathering the team of digital cultural elites, defining the spatial digital cultural field, shaping the digital cultural rules and forming the tendency of psychological identification. From the collaborative governance highlights the incremental governance and change to the deep relationship between collaborative innovation perspective to construct digital cross cultural community collaborative governance mechanism, and through the implementation of incremental governance, establish communication and negotiation mechanism, strengthen the utility system and other initiatives, the implementation of cross-border cooperation governance development path. |
