| 本文从微信公众平台知识产权保护现状入手,分析认为自媒体"洗稿"的经济动因主要是侵权成本低于交易成本,并结合损益矩阵分析法,探讨自媒体侵犯著作权的风险.作为大型网络服务提供商,微信应从加强对自媒体的监管和配合专业维权团队的工作两方面来降低侵权风险. |

| This paper starts from the current situation of WeChat public platform intellectual property protection, analyzes the economic motive of the we media's"Rendition"is that the cost of infringement is lower than the transaction cost, combined with the game analysis of the risk of copyright infringement from the media, such as large WeChat service providers, from the we media should strengthen the real-name authentication and supervision and cooperation with the work of professional rights teams to reduce the risk of infringement from the we media. |
