| 通过网络和文献调查法调查国外学术电子书出版商出版现状、销售模式、电子书平台功能和许可使用限制.调查发现:学术电子书市场持续发展,学术电子书销售模式多元化,电子书平台功能不断完善,电子书许可使用限制逐步放宽.高校图书馆促进学术电子书市场发展的策略包括促进市场商业模式多元化、争取改善电子书许可使用条件、推动学术资源共建共享.本研究为促进我国学术电子书的出版、传播和利用及学术交流提供很好的参考. |

| Investigating the foreign academic e-books publishing market, business model, the feature of e-books platform and licensing restrictions in academic library market through network and questionnaire survey, the paper finds that the academic e-books market abroad keeps development, the sales model of the academic e-books shows the tendency of diversification, the academic e-books platform' s function is continuously improved, the limits of e-books licensing are gradually loosened. Three strategies are then proposed to promote academic e-books market, including promoting the pluralistic business model in e-books market, endeavouring to improve the condition of e-books licensing, improving the co-construction and sharing of academic resources. This study provides a good reference to promote the publication of academic e-books and academic exchange in China. |
