| 目前,我国公共图书馆的微信公众平台建设趋于同质化,为提高公共图书馆微信公众服务的质量,本文从用户认知需求角度出发,在文献调研基础上对公共图书馆服务公众平台提出一套公共图书馆微信公众平台指标体系.运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,评价公共图书馆微信平台存在的问题并提出建议. |

| With the development of internet technology and the popularity of mobile intel igent terminals, more and more public libraries begin to use WeChat as a social platform to provide information services. But now WeChat public platform construction of Public Libraries in our country tends to be homogeneous, in order to improve the quality of public library WeChat public service platform, from the perspective of users' cognitive needs, existing on the basis of literature review on public library services for public service platform construction, and analyzes the problems, combined with the construction of the index extraction platform document content. Put forward a set of index system of public library WeChat public platform. This paper uses AHP to analyze the weight of each index. Based on this, the author analyzes the problems existing in the WeChat platform of public libraries and puts forward some suggestions. |
