| 在密集型数据环境下,本研究选取国外较有代表性的8家出版机构为研究对象,以出版商平台、期刊网站、re3data.org数据仓储目录系统为数据来源,将出版机构的数据政策内容,按照呈缴政策、存储政策和利用政策三个方面进行总结分析,并基于现有政策内容对科研数据政策未来仍需改进之处进行讨论,以期为出版界制定统一、完备的开放数据政策提供参考借鉴. |

| In the environment of intensive research data, the paper selected 8 famous, mainstream and representative publishing institutions as research object, and took publishing platforms, journal websites and're3data.org' as data source, from the three aspects of open scientific data submission policy, storage policy to summary and analysis the publishing institutions. Based on the existing policy content of scientific data policy, exploring the future stil need to enhance the discussion, in order to provide reference for the publishing industry to develop unified and complete open data policies. |
