| 公共图书馆总分馆制在国家的政策支持下,经过十多年发展形成各种独具特色的总分馆建设模式,并有力推进我国图书馆大众化进程.本文以图书馆大众化服务为切入点,介绍公共图书馆总分馆制的基础理论与服务特征,分析公共图书馆总分馆建设的五个关键要素,从宏观和微观两个方面构建我国公共图书馆总分馆建设体系,力求促进我国公共图书馆总分馆建设的可持续发展. |

| The central-branch library system has developed more than ten years under the guidance of national policy and formed several characteristic systems which effectively promoted the process of library popularization. From the angle of library popularization, the paper introduces basic theory and characteristics about the central-branch library system, then analyzes five important factors in the construction of the central-branch library system and builds the model from two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic in order to promote the sustainable development of central-branch library system in our country. |
