| 本文通过剖析国内外高校图书馆社会化服务研究与实践现状,调研北京市社会读者对高校图书馆文献资源的需求,从BALIS与首都图书馆开展文献传递社会化服务的具体实践出发,结合实践效果,指出高校图书馆社会化服务发展面临的挑战与问题,并提出相应的建议. |

| This paper deeply explored the study of the socialization of university libraries' service, extensively investigated Social readers' needs for the academic literature resource of university libraries. And then the paper took the document delivery service cooperation between BALIS and Capital library of China as an example, try to find and solve the existing problems and forward some measures for the socialized service of university library in China. |
