| Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology has made great changes in the processing, storage and transmission of literature, which brings many challenges and opportunities to the literature security work. The paper study on the construction of the Japanese literature security system to summarize the beneficial experience and provide policy advice for National Science and Technology Library. |
