| 智慧图书馆已经进入发展的关键时期,但智慧图书馆的框架结构及相应的服务平台与服务体系等关键基础问题仍未解决.本文面向智慧图书馆的实务操作与目标实现的功能设计,通过架构设计构思、实践探索和归纳总结,对智慧图书馆给出一个较完整、明确的定义,进而提出顶层架构的规划方案,并着重针对服务平台和服务体系阐述其内涵和核心要点.本文指出通过"资源、技术、服务、馆员和用户"五要素的协同,可以实现感知化、按需提供的服务体系建设,为智慧图书馆的发展提供研究和实践参考. |

| At present, the smart library has entered a crucial period of development. However, some key issues such as the framework, service platform and service system have not yet been solved. Focusing on the practical operation and the functional realization of smart library, this paper proposes a more complete and definite definition of smart library through practical exploration and summary. Then the top-level framework is designed and the service platform and service system are elaborated in detail. In order to provide research and practice reference, this paper puts forward the perceptive on-demand service system through the coordination of the five elements collection, service, technology, librarian and users. |
