| As the largest national library in the world, Library of Congress has always attached great importance to the formulation and implementation of strategic planning. For years, Library of Congress have achieved continuous development and progress through the gurantee of proper legal regime, the assurance of standards and specifications and the guidence of strategic planning. This article focuses on the analysis of the 2016-2020 Library of Congress strategic plan and its development and changes in order to provide some reference for the development and construction of the domestic library. |
