| Based on the data of the document supply service system of National Library of China, statistical analysis from personal user’s educational background, positional titles, regional distribution and user behavior habits, etc. Draw the users’ personas of the document supply service of National Library of China. It provides a scientific basis for the development of document supply service to personalized, precise and intelligent services in the digital era. |
