| 本文以收集到的34所美国高校的科研数据政策为对象,分析这些政策的基本情况(包括政策名称,政策制定时间与修订周期,政策制定者及政策主要类目)、主要内容(包括政策概述,数据搜集与管理,数据存储与保存,数据所有权,数据获取、使用与共享,数据转移、处理与销毁,政策实施的解释者/负责人等),以及与本政策相关的政策等.在此基础上,总结美国高校科研数据政策的特点,主要包括政策目标较一致,政策形式较规范,形成以研究负责人为核心的管理与共享机制,权责明晰、监管与服务并重,注重与其他政策的关联和协同等,以期为我国高校制定和实施科研数据政策提供参考. |

| This paper investigated 34 research data policies and analyzed these policies’ general information (including the policy title, the origination date as well as the revision cycle, the policy maker and the policies’ main columns), the policies’ main content (including general introduction, research data’s collection and management, research data’s retention and store, research data’s ownership, research data’s access and share, research data’s transfer, dispose and destruction beyond the period of retention, the responsor/interpreter, etc.), and the related policies. Based on the analysis, this paper summarized the characteristic of American colleges’ research data policies, including consistent policy goals, normative form, principal investigators paly key role in management and sharing research data, clear responsibilities, service is paid equal attention to the supervision, be consistent with related regulations etc, so as to offer reference to the establishment and implementation of research data policies in Chinese universities. |
