| 公共图书馆创客空间降低了大众使用先进技术的门槛,鼓励知识共享与社区参与.然而,限于公共图书馆有限的资源和承载能力,创客空间项目的成功实施和可持续发展都面临一系列问题.本文在对公共图书馆创客空间项目的规划与实施进行客观评述的基础上,重点剖析公共图书馆创客空间运营管理涉及的主要因素,包括费用与成本结构、筹资与收入来源、处罚与治理政策,以及空间与人员培训.研究表明,创客空间可以为我国公共图书馆的转型增添独特的新鲜元素,为此,预先规划一个可持续的运营管理模式非常必要. |

| As part of the effort to broaden the appeal of enjoying library space and to participate in social transformative innovation activities, many libraries are transforming part of their space into makerspaces. Makerspaces provide easy access to cutting-edge technology and equipment that allow makers to turn their ideas into digital design or potentially create real objects. However, confined with the limited resources and capacity of public libraries, the successful implementation and operation of makerspace projects are facing a series of problems. The purpose of this article is to discuss the major factors associated with operational management of a makerspace within a public library. The research shows that makerspaces add an unique and fresh element to libraries and should be provided a sustainable operation management model up front. |
