| 智慧公共文化服务还处于理论与实践双起步的阶段，关于智慧公共文化服务的研究对于学界来说还是一个新鲜的话题。本文对智慧公共文化服务的基本理论进行阐释，对建立智慧公共文化服务体系进行探索性研究，并从实践角度提出基于SaaS架构智慧公共文化服务云平台的构想，进一步推动并深化智慧公共文化服务及云平台建设研究。 |

| Intelligent public culture services is still in the stage of theory and practice of double start, study of intelligent public culture services for academic or a fresh topic. In this paper, the intelligent public culture services has carried on the theory of interpretation, exploratory discussion build intelligent public culture service system, and based on SaaS architecture is put forward from the angle of practical intelligent the idea of public cultural services cloud platform, further promote the Intelligence of the construction of public cultural services and cloud platform. |
