| 本文对国内政府数据开放相关文献及政策法规进行分析，从平台模块、数据下载、APP应用与API调用情况、热门数据4个方面总结地方政府数据开放平台现状。提出我国应注重国内政府数据开放研究，加速出台政府数据开放方面的专有法律或条例，构建区域性地方政府数据平台，完善地方数据开放平台功能，充分利用自媒体渠道等建议，为构建国家政府数据统一开放门户提供参考。 |

| This paper analyzes the domestic government data open related literature, government data open policy regulations, and summarizes the status quo of local government data open platform from four aspects: platform module, data download, APP application and API call, and popular data. It is proposed that China should pay attention to the open research of domestic government data, accelerate the introduction of proprietary laws or regulations on government data opening, build a regional local government data platform, improve the function of local data open platform, and make full use of self-media channels and other suggestions for the construction of national government. The data unified open portal provides a reference. |
