| 随着互联网和信息技术的发展，公众参与社会文化活动已经逐渐渗透到人们日常生活的方方面面。公众参与图书馆建设在提高图书馆管理效率与服务质量以及提升国民科学文化素养方面起到关键的带领和推动作用。近年来，国外兴起的公众科学正是公众参与的典型体现，因此本文通过分析我国公众参与图书馆建设的现状，介绍国外公众科学的实践经验，并从国外公众科学项目的成功经验中总结出对我国开展图书馆参与式项目，建设参与式图书馆的有益启示，希望能为提升国民科学文化素质，促进公众参与图书馆服务和发挥公共图书馆职能作出一定的贡献。 |

| With the development of the internet and information technology, public participation in social and cultural activities has gradually penetrated into every aspect of people’s daily life. In recent years, citizen science movements are typical embodiment of participatory culture. The construction of participatory libraries has played a key role in promoting public participation in library management and services and improving the national scientific and cultural literacy. In recent years, the public science movement that has arisen abroad is a typical embodiment of public participation. This paper analyzes the current situation of public participation of library construction in China, introduces the practical experience of foreign public science movements, and summarizes the useful enlightenment according to the successful experience of foreign citizen science projects. This paper make a certain contribution to the improvement of the quality of the national science and culture, the promotion of public participation in library services and the function of public libraries. |
