| 作为网络治理的重要组成部分，网络内容治理受到世界各国的普遍重视。新加坡自20世纪90年代开始对网络内容进行治理，经过多年发展，已形成一套完善的网络内容治理体系，树立了网络内容治理的典范，对我国具有重要的参考借鉴意义。本文通过分析新加坡网络内容治理的保障体系和具体方法，结合我国网络内容治理现状，以培育政府、行业、网民三方治理主体和运用法律、技术、道德等多种手段为切入点，阐述新加坡网络内容治理对我国的启示。 |

| As an important part of network governance, network content governance has received widespread attention from all over the world. Singapore started to govern network content in the 1990s. After years of development, it has formed a complete system of network content governance and established a model, which has important reference significance for China. By analyzing the security system and specific methods of Singapore’s network content governance and combining with the current situation of China’s network content governance, this paper makes the governance subjects and governance measures as entry points to elaborate the Singapore’s network content governance’s enlightenment to China. |
