| IFLA’s strategic plans (2010—2024) have focused on topics such as equal access to information, community participation, capacity building, cultural heritage protection, and global voice. Under a globalized background, IFLA has different focuses on its strategy during different periods, which provides inspiration to libraries in China on how to do a good job in role transition, the improvement of their professional abilities, the strengthening their voice, and the building of a civilized and participatory society that facilitates information exchange. |
